Please join us in congratulating Billy Sipka as the Q4 Winner of the Employee Recognition Program for Region 342! Billy continues to impress with his leadership skills, situational awareness, and decision making. He recently identified a utility hardware issue during the hazard assessment and was able to call an All Stop, and communicate through the proper channels to ensure the issue was resolved. As Billy says “it pays to pay attention.” His willingness to be proactive in all aspects of safety allow him to complete his work as safely and productively as possible. It’s proven through in depth job briefings, proper work-site setups, safe and efficient task execution, and consistent safe driving. He has exhibited a wide array of skill sets that allow him to to be the right person to complete any task. Without hesitation, he is always available to assist another crew should they need assistance. During his free time, Nathan enjoys hunting, fishing, watching Football, and barbecuing. Please join us in congratulating Jose Maldonado as the Q4 Winner of the Employee Recognition Program in Region 346! Jose is always extremely engaged during safety meetings and assists in translating with other employees to ensure effective communication is taking place. He has always taken the time to train and coach other employees with less experience to help them improve their skill set. Jose has an extensive skill set, which allows him to handle difficult tree removals as well as operate a loader/grapple truck to remove and relocate debris. He is an extremely dedicated employee and is committed to promoting our company’s safety culture. He continues to prove time and time again of just how valuable of an employee he is.
