Please join us in congratulating Joshua Bailey as the Quarter 3 Winner of the Employee Recognition Program for Region 342! Joshua does an excellent job at remaining situationally aware and recognizing issues with utility hardware. His diligence in hazard recognition allows himself and his crew to effectively communicate potential outages and ultimately to be able to perform their work safely. This also allows for our utility partners to expedite necessary repairs to ensure reliability is not compromised. We greatly appreciate Joshua’s efforts and willingness to remain actively engaged in everyone returning home safely at the end of the day. Joshua is also a proud member of our National Guard and spent time in Western NC working diligently following the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene. Congratulations again, Joshua!

Please join us in congratulating Isadel Gonzalez-Mojica as the Quarter 3 Winner of the Employee Recognition Program for Region 343! Isadel exhibits sharp leadership and direction backed by safety and training. His focus on safety is not only obvious in his work, but it is also demonstrated as he is training the next generation of Line Clearance Arborists! As a Foreperson, he works side by side with a large crew of Climbers that host a brotherhood environment in and outside of work. Isadel enjoys spreading joy with his Latin cooking and music. On any given day, you may hear him whistling lively tunes when he is climbing and working with his crew. Congratulations again, Isadel!

Please join us in congratulating Mark Wooley Jr. as the Quarter 3 Winner of the Employee Recognition Program for Region 344! Mark is an outstanding employee who demonstrates it through the dedication that he applies to ensure that the job is completed safely. During our annual safety audit, the auditor was very impressed with his protectiveness. Mark takes the initiative to effectively communicate with his General Foreperson of any anticipated challenges, as well as correcting things that are within his control. He is extremely reliable when called upon to respond to after hour storm restoration efforts. With his knowledge and leadership skills, he always remains open to provide assistance to any other team member in order to complete the task safely. Mark enjoys fishing in his free time outside of work. Congratulations again, Mark!
